See exactly which documents your rank requires, scan them with your phone, and know weeks before anything expires.
Set your rank and Seafarr lists the documents the law requires of you right now, separately from what to prepare once you are hired. Every gap has an Add link.
How to: Read your readiness score and close the gaps →One ring tells you how close you are to deployment-ready, and the next thing to do to raise it. Agencies need a complete profile before they can invite you.
How to: Read your readiness score and close the gaps →Photograph every page of a certificate, reorder or remove pages, and Seafarr merges them into a single PDF.
How to: Scan a multi-page certificate into one PDF →Each document turns orange at 90 days and red at 14 days before it expires. Document Watch on Home counts what is valid, missing or not yet uploaded.
At sea: While you are under contract, existing documents lock — but you can still add missing ones and renew anything expiring within 90 days.
How to: Renew an expiring certificate →If an agency already prepared a profile for you, Seafarr finds it and asks: is this you? Say yes and your records and documents come with it.
How to: Your agency already has your records: connect them →Upload a certificate and AI reads it — number, issuer, dates — and fills the form. Fields it is unsure of are highlighted, and it warns you if the name does not match yours.
How to: Let AI fill in your document details →Pull your SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and TIN numbers straight from an uploaded ID.
How to: Fill in your government IDs from a photo →Pro features are free for your first 30 days. See everything Pro adds →
